In this blog I am going to be sharing MA Crossover MT5 indicator.
MA Crossover is a simple indicator that draws arrows and alerts when two moving averages crossover. Moreover, it also generates the appropriate alerts and displays the Most Favorable Excursion for each successive signal.
The moving average crossover is one of the primary strategies followed by traders around the world. Usually, it consists of a fast and slow moving average to find a buy and sell entry signal according to the crossover direction.
But moving average crossover has Disadvantages also.
Moving averages are lagging in nature. They are based heavily on historical data. Moving average crossovers can be a bit random and generates multiple false signals during the period of consolidation. Trader's discretion is required to successfully trade the MA crossover signals.
Characteristics of Indicator:
1. MT5 Platform - XM
3. Candle Timeframe - 30 Min to 4 Hour.
4. Trading Time - European And New York Session.
5. Don't trade on Medium Impact and High Impact News Release Time.
6. Avoid trading when the market is on sideways.
7. Buy signal -
When fast blue line MA crosses above the slow red line MA.
And the PricePosition white line slope was upward and gives buy signals showing on the right hand corner of the chart.
If this condition fulfils, then you have to put buy order.
Stop loss place previous swing low and take profit risk to reward ration 1:5.
8. Sell signal -
When fast blue line MA crosses below the slow red line MA.
And the PricePosition white line slope was downward and gives sell signals showing on the right hand corner of the chart.
If this condition fulfils, then you have to put sell order.
Stop loss place previous swing high and take profit risk to reward ration 1:5.
